Flash Share For BB10

Flash Share For Blackberry and download flash share for blackberry z10 , q10, q5 : Using flash share on bb10 devices such as z10, q10, q5 and the rest is possible. Flash share is an android application that is used in sharing apps and files faster from one device to the other. These apps can work if sent directly from Bluetooth but it will be really slow, unless a flash share is used or any other android app sharer. The normal processes used in sharing files and apps on flash share between android devices will not work on bb10, not unless you apply one or two tricks.

  7. I tried what u recommended but d site is not loading. Is it not possible to download or any other way around it?

  8. The site given in this post to download Flash share on revisiting it, works quite fine. It could've been temporary problems from your Internet connection at that time. I've also searched for an alternative site on the net other than google playstore and the one in this post, for downloading flash share but couldn't find a suitable one to download the app. I'll suggest you retry downloading it from 9jablaze as specified in this post, to see if it finally works for you.

    1. Hi sunxy,

Ensure you've done the first step properly. That is, open the flash share on the person's phone. Then create a connection.

Don't search using the wifi on your phone 'before' creating a connection on the person's flash share. It should be done after you've created a connection.

    1. Hi Trojan,

Even though xender app works just like flash share, it's incompatible on bb10 devices. Sending or receiving between a device with xender and another with flash share might not or does not work on BB10. Both devices must use flash share.

I can't say for sure if it also works on share apps other than xender and flash share since I've only tried this on these two apps.

      Thanks for stopping by.

    2. You can uninstall the flash share and reinstall it to see if the option comes up. Might be an error from the app or it's incompatible with the device.

  14. I've tried sending an app from an android device to my bb10 device, it works after consecutive times of trying to (though I can still remember switching on the WiFi and other stuffs like that). The other time I attempted to send an app via the flashshare app, I couldn't get the steps I used at first but with this, I'm sure I'm on the right path to getting it done.

  15. hello ma, my name is David leaving in kano state Nigeria. i want your professional advice about BB Z10. I intend to buy the phone but my friends are discouraging from doing that, saying the phone has issues. kindly shed some light on this please. thanks. regards

    1. Hi David,

BBZ10 is actually a good phone. Whether you buy it or not depends on the reason you're getting it in the first place. If you're looking for a good smartphone for just social networks, surfing the net and playing multimedia, then the bbz10 is a good device.

But if you need a smartphone with long lasting battery, that can take the load from the android apps and games it'll run, then you shouldn't buy this device. Keep in mind that bbz10 can only run 'some' android apps and games. Apps like Chrome, Firefox, Real Football etc which one might like to run on this device might not install or run smoothly. Some may even close by itself while running.

Having used this device, i would not advice you to buy it. First of all, the phone's battery is 1800mAh and thus does not last. Depending on how you use it, you might need to charge it more than twice in a day especially if your internet connection is always on. Also, the phone gets excessively hot especially when android apps and games are ran on it. You might not even be able to handle the device without a pouch when it does get hot. Also, even though this device has enough Ram size and capability to run android apps and games, it'll still hang and lag...it'll just freeze, hence you'll need to restart.

You might be looking at the advantage of using BIS on a blackberry device that is capable of supporting android apps. But don't forget that android devices with little tweaking can also use BIS.
